aaaaaaand it's friday folks! i couldn't be happier for the weekend- i'm still sort of adjusting back from the holidays PLUS i've been carpooling with justin all week since we sold my car. did i mention we work on complete opposite ends of the county? oof. anyway, i've got big plans for the weekend including updating my cpr license, finding a new car, and convincing my husband to leave christmas up for just one more week (he took the outside lights off- don't worry, we aren't "those people"). what do you have in store? any fun outings? i hear theres an award show on sunday- will you be watching? i will- but only for the fashion... because that's really all i care about (: have a splendid weekend and here's a few links from around the web!

why is it so cold lately?! i woke up this morning to it being 29 and my car covered in ice. come on, i live in what-used-to-be-sunny san diego!! if it's going to be this cold at least let it snow so i can stay in bed all day or go play in it!
Oh my. It's been beyond freezing here (literally). That dating post makes me think I should share my all time favorite dating story... I've debated for years.
